Dash of Aloha seasoning - one measure to one salt
Rub diced up chicken with seasoning
Coat with flour, squeeze so that flour holds
When ready to fry coat with flour again
Fry very light color 2-3 mins on 320
Drench with orange sauce use a lot

Make sauce first:
In blender, use one bottle orange marmalade
Add same bottle full of orange juice plus full bottle of water
One bottle sweet chili
Add same bottle full of orange juice only
One big tablespoon SALT plus one small teaspoon
Scrape out of blender into plastic container with lid
After fry chicken french drench with sauce
Sprinkle very finely chopped green onions on top
